Fee
Policies
At the beginning of any type of
search we conduct, we will require a signed fee
policy. We will work with you to establish the
best way for your company to use our services
below our 3 most popular arrangements.
Engagement Fee
Our
client company is billed 1/3 of the total fee upon its acceptance of the
search assignment, and the remaining 2/3 of the fee when the
actual placement is made.
To effect the additional replacement guarantee on the placed individual the balance
must be paid within 25 days from the candidate's
starting date.
This 1/3
of the fee
deposit is made at the start of the search and should
you decide to use another source, it will be kept
as a non-refundable credit for 6 months against a
future assignment with a similar title. If after 6
months you decide to do nothing, it is considered
earned income.
The benefit of making you a first priority account
meaning we will work until we find an
individual, who suits your needs up to 6 months.
Flat
Fee Retained Search
This is generally set up for
those firms who's income offered to the new
employee exceeds $150,000 per annum.
With salaries
escalating our flat fee is designed for a
company who wants to know exactly how much it
will cost them before the start of the search.
When you sign this fee policy we will charge
an agreed upon FLAT FEE in USD, regardless of the eventual salary/income
which is offered to the candidate.
For
example only, we split the agreed upon fee into 4 equal
parts and payment is due as follows:
Part 1 on the start of the search for
research and developing candidates, we earn a
non-cancelable fee on this part of the search, when we
refer our first candidate.
Part 2
is billed when we are prepared to present the candidates
to your firm, and upon candidate acceptance, we will invoice you for the second
quarter of the fee.
Part 3 of the fee - is billed when the candidate accepts
the offer of employment.
Part 4 is due sixty days after the
starting date of employment.
Because each
client is unique and different, call us and
we will evaluate your search assignment for
the FLAT FEE arrangement. The first
payment,
will be made at the start of the search and should you
decide to use another source before we present the
first candidate, it will be kept as a
non-refundable credit for 6 months against a future assignment.
If after 6 months you decide to do nothing, it is
considered earned income.
Should you need us to meet all of the
candidates face to face additional travel and time charges apply.
Contingency Fee
We work on
contingency fee on a select basis meaning for
those companies which we agree to work on a
contingency basis with we do the research for
candidates, tell them about your
opportunity, set up meetings, follow-up,
do references at our expense prior to your
firm spending a dime, until the end of the successful search
when we will invoice you in full for our services
at a rate based on the first years' income.
We reserve the right to be selective on the business
job assignments, which we will consider working on contingency.
Those without defined goals or a timetable of
projected actual starting dates, as well as
speculation searches are un-acceptable searches.
Referrals and Guarantees
The MH Executive
Search Group refers the best candidates for the job and
expects that the company meeting them will give us a
feed back on the positives and negatives of each
interview. This is a tool that we use to learn
more about the hiring habits of our client company
helping us to select the candidates in the most efficient
way.
Our replacement guarantees are very reasonable and
our guarantees are tied to settling our invoice on time
and are outlined in the fee policy sent to you.
