The Search Assignment


The recruiters at MH Executive Search Group must have a clear idea on the job specifications of their client company along with all inherent policies at the commencement of the search process.  Undefined, vague description of the assignment can be time consuming and costly for all parties involved.

The employer should be able to give us some input on the following:

A candidate, who is confident in his or her abilities, usually will not settle for a lesser compensation program, but for a reasonable package there may be a converging point between the negotiating parties.
