Assignment
The recruiters at MH Executive Search Group must have a
clear idea on the job specifications of their client company
along with all inherent policies at the commencement of the
search process. Undefined, vague description of the
assignment can be time consuming and costly for all parties
involved.
The employer should
be able to give us some input on the following:

desired

extended
9. Compensation
offered
10. A timetable of
actual estimated starting dates
A candidate, who is
confident in his or her abilities, usually will not settle
for a lesser compensation program, but for a reasonable
package there may be a converging point between the
negotiating parties.
As recruiters, we
can present candidates with qualifications that closely
match the demands of our clients, we will get references
from past employers, customers and peers, please see the
individual fee policy for details. At your expense, we can
run a personal profile check if your company requires. But
only the employer knows what personal traits the candidate
must have to deal with the everyday challenges of his or her
organization's work environment. We do not work on
speculative assignments without defined parameters.
